Some interesting things I find in my webpage stats
I have a program installed that counts visitors and tells me what search term they used to find my blog if they came from a serach engine.Sometimes the things I see there are strange, sometimes funny, occasionally even scary.
Some recent search terms used to find my page have led me to realize that a lot of people are missinformed or even confused about the Nick Berg beheading in Iraq.

The murderers were Alqueada, not Taliban. The Taliban are pretty much limited to Afghanistan.

This is accurate, The murderers were Muslims. I like to think not all Muslims are like this.

Nick Berg was not a soldier. He was a American Jewish business man who went to Iraq on his own looking for work fixing cell phone towers. I'm not sure how am individual gets to Iraq these days. Can you just buy a ticket to Baghdad and go? Come to think of it what Jew in his right mind would go to Iraq right now?

There are no pics of Nick Berg being tortured, although I am sure the animals who had him tortured him before they murdered him. Is someone getting the prisoner abuse pics mixed up with the Nick Berg story?

Once again if you are looking for porn you'll have to look elsewhere. If you are looking for uncensored pics of the Abu Graib prisoners, you need to look for help from amental health professional.
Some people believe the military is full of warmongers, absloutely not true. The military is full of people who believe some things are worth fighting and dying for.
Go to any American military base, announce that you need volunteers for a suicide mission which will if successful prevent another 9/11. You will have more volunteers than you need. Because to them seeing another 9/11 would be worse than death.
GWB, the military, and me, all believe that what they are doing in Iraq and the middle east will prevent another 9/11 or worse.
Mildly off the subject.
A year or so ago I heard a self decsribed peacenik on a talk radio show. She was a part of the 60s anti-war movement. Actually bemoaned the fact that she was somewhere else the day Kent State happened.
She said one thing that I truely understood. She said she would rather die in a terrorist attack than have some soldier die for her. I gained a lot of respect for her and all other peaceniks when she said that.
Even though I still dissagree. :)

How come all this oil we're stealing from Iraq is costing us so much at the pump? Seems if we got it for free it should sell pretty cheap. ;)

Here's a cute little place I found. This blogger has a interesting sense of humor.Laura Bush tried to read a romance novel, but the lights kept randomly dimming. She left the bedroom to track down the cause. Soon she found her husband standing outside a locked door. As the lights dimmed, she could hear a scream behind the door. As they came back on, she could here incoherent mumbling with a thick Bostonian accent. "Are you torturing Ted Kennedy with electroshocks?" Laura accused Bush.
"He started it!" Bush answered defensively, "He said we're as bad as the Saddam torturers, so I wanted to show him he is wrong by exposing him to real Saddam torture so he could learn the difference."
"Has he learned anything?" Laura asked.
Bush shrugged his shoulders. "Can't understand a damn thing he's saying."
"Well, it's starting to bother me, dear," Laura said firmly, "I can't read with the lights going on and off like this."

Seems like I cannot go a single day without finding some new reason to be appalled by our "fearless leader of the free world" and his apparent plans to remove freedom from not only the U.S., but every other country who has something he and his cronies want i.e. oil.
168 more days and, assuming he allows us to have an election at all, we can get him out of office.

So you think we're just there to steal Iraq's oil? If we wanted to steal somebodie's oil, why didn't we just keep Kuwaite while we had it after Gulf War 1? Or why didn't we just declare Kuwaite our's a year ago when we had 100,000 troops inside it's borders.

You want a laugh? Go listen to John Fonda Kerry. When he was in Michigan he bragged about how many American made cars he owned. On Earth Day in front of a bunch of tree huggers he claimed to own only one small car, but his family owned some other cars. That's pretty hilarious. Also dishonest.
You want to see wealth plundering? Just let self admitted war criminal Kerry get into office. You'll enjoy his fifty cent a gallon Gasoline tax. And remember he never voted against a single tax increase of for a single tax cut. Kerry will plunder the food from your table with his taxes.
I plan to try and find a humorous quote, a joke, a limerick for every new day.

I will also share the latest news from the "other side" - the things the Bush Admin controlled media won't be telling you.
What have you been smoking? If Bush controlled the media, the so called prisoner abuse photos would never have seen the light of day.
If Bush controls the media why is it that every story that makes Bush look bad is hyped to the sky, while anything that makes Bush look good is printed on page 56 in small type?
Just compare the number of "Bush looking good" stories against the "Bush looking bad" stories on the evening news.
