Some people are all upset about Prez Bush using 9-11 footage in his campaign ads.
Of course some of those people would be pretending to be upset no matter what content he used in his ads. Them we can just discount.
As for the others:
9-11 is at the heart of the most important issue in this campaign. This election will turn on the voters position on the war on terror, which was touched off by the attacks of 9-11.
I think he should show the planes crashing into the buildings, and ask "do you want this to happen again? Then vote for Hanoi John Kerry."
Of course we don't really know what Hanoi John will do if elected. After all he voted for the war but is against it now. He voted for Homeland Defense Act, but is against it now. So who knows?
I think GWB needs to remind the AMerican people about 9-11, because they seem to have forgotten. More Americans were killed that day than at Pearl Harbor. It was an act caused by pure hatred. The people who perpetrated it are still out there plotting more and bigger attacks. They will attack again unless they are defeated. ( KILLED ) They would have attacked again if not for the actions of the United States.
Their goal is the total defeat of the United States, and all governments of the world that are not Muslim enough for them.
These nuts have even stated that all the governments of the Middle East are to be defeated and replace by a Taliban like government.
That is why we have to defeat them. Their goal is to Talibanize the entire Middle East one country at a time, then to continue until they have Talibanized the entire world.
Now you may be thinking, "A cute little goal, but it will never happen."
Think about this. The tiny nation of Japan took over a large portion of the eastern world, before they were stopped. Stopping them cost a lot of lives and money.
And they didn't control the lion's share of the worlds oil reserves. They didn't have weapons of mass destruction.
I hear a huge chorus of "Saddam didn't have any WMD."
First of all he did. We know it. You know it. And if you say he didn't your either lying to yourself or have been listening to partisan political liars.
And, I'm not talking about Saddam's WMD.
Pakistan has nukes, and is a tinder-box which could ignited by AlQeada. Then AlQeada would have the nukes they have been lusting after.
Then there's India. The Muslim wackos of Alqeada wouldn't hesitate to attack that country which is seen in the Middle East as an enemy of Islam. They have nukes too.
We have a choice.
Stop these Jihadists now, or later. Later will be much harder, more costly in terms of lives, and money. Late may mean after we see a mushroom cloud rising over Washington DC.
If using 9-11 footage in campaign ads reawakens the American People, or reminds them of what is important then, use them.
